Co-sourcing Service

Either as part of our managed service offering, or as an integral part of a customer’s internal set-up, we offer co-sourcing as a service delivery model. By this we mean a blend of our people with a customer's own. 

The benefit of operating this way is the access our customers have to a flexible resource pool that:

• Can be upsized and downsized easily
• Means people can be swapped around depending on the different skills and experience required on individual projects
• Allows mobility and availability across customer location.

The people deployed in this style of agreement can be governed and managed completely by us, although it is more usual that they work closely with existing staff and management for day to day operational duties.

For larger sites we provide team leaders or service delivery managers to run the teams, which may be comprised of people working for Amor Group and those contracted or directly employed by the customer. Co-sourcing has many advantages over full outsourcing, not least of which is that the customer remains very much in control.
