3rd Party Take-On
We have demonstrated again and again, our ability to successfully to take on the support and ongoing development of systems delivered by 3rd parties to our customers. This service is particularly useful to customers when the third party exits the market or needs help to ensure delivery of an adequate service, when the 3rd party has consistently failed to meet the customers expectations or when the support contract is re-tendered at a contractual breakpoint.
With our proven methodology for support take-on, our experienced and pragmatic staff, and our ability to quickly understand the key strengths and weaknesses of applications developed by 3rd parties, we provide the low risk, cost effective option for customers.
Recent examples include our work on the Landlords Registry for the Scottish Government, our support for the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) regional funding systems, and our successful take-on of the Accountant in Bankruptcy MIDAS application.
