People

The people layer of our Managed Service Framework focuses on the operation and people delivering the service.  We have 150 personnel providing the following types of services across our customer base, both remotely and onsite:

  • First (1st) line support – service desk analysts, helpdesk support
  • Second (2nd) Line support – desktop support analysts
  • Third (3rd) line support – Server support analysts
  • Technical specialists – networks & communications, Unix/Linux

These skills can be delivered on a full-time, part-time, project or ad-hoc basis. Our people work onsite, offsite, internationally or offshore. For larger teams we can provide experienced team leaders and service delivery managers.

We are commonly asked to run the following types of projects:
