Co-sourcing
Our principal service delivery model for people is 'co-sourcing', and by this we mean a blend of our people with a customer's own. The majority of our customers enjoy the benefits of a flexible resource pool working to appropriate targets, without outsourcing their core functions of strategy and the ownership of their infrastructure.
Our team can be upsized and downsized easily, can be swapped for people with different skills and experience or to work in a different location. The people deployed in this style of agreement can be governed and managed completely by us, although it is more commonplace that they work closely with existing customer staff and management for day to day operational duties.
For larger sites we provide team leaders or service delivery managers to run the teams, which may be comprised of people working for us and those contracted or directly employed by the customer. Co-sourcing has many advantages over full outsourcing, not least of which is that the customer can remain in control.
