Amor - On a Fast Track to Growth

The developments in the global economy continue to make headlines, stir up controversies and transform Governmental policies across the world. Whether concerning the state of the Eurozone, the stagnation of the Chinese market, or paying VAT on pasties, not a day seems to pass by without another reason being given to feel despondent. It is against this backdrop that Amor Group have been recognised twice in the past few weeks for our successes as a business.

Firstly, we have been listed at number 35 on the Sunday Times International HSBC Track 200 league table. This network compiles the top British companies that have achieved the fastest growth in international sales over a period of two years. With a growth of 78.47% annually, we bucked the trend of what is perceived to be a stagnant technology market to show that, when translated in to tangible business outcomes, technology can and will always be used as an enabler for improvement regardless of the economic conditions.

Research conducted by Scottish Enterprise also found that there are high levels of rapid growth in the technology sector in Scotland, coming as a result of an approach focussed on solutions rather than purely products, as well as significant levels of entrepeneurial talent within experienced, and varied senior management teams. We're proud of our people and even more so that their skills have been recognised as an important factor in driving forward the Scottish economy.
