A huge increase in airline passengers using mobile and online check-in is a major factor in airport operators utilising new technology to manage queues at security areas, according to a survey by aviation IT solutions provider Amor Group.  However, it concludes that if run correctly, airport security has more potential to add to an airport’s bottom line than any other operational process.
