The system has an interface onto the organisations mail system; when a survey is assigned, submitted or sent back to a user a notification email will be sent to the users.

What do I need install on my PC to access ICAMS?
ICAMS is a web based tool and is accessible on any PC on your network with a web browser.

How many users can use the system?
The number of users is unlimited; there is no concurrent limit set on the system.

Does the system have MRSA survey functionality?
This functionality will be made available in future releases of ICAMS.
