With forecast data taken from ChromaPredict, alongside up-to-date schedules from ChromaAODB – Chroma RMS automatically defines and allocates aircraft to park and defined stand positions around the airport apron area; whilst also allocating key facets of the check-in, embarkation and disembarkation process. It also ensures human resources are in place to satisfy demand and support key tasks; meet SLAs, Trade Union and Working Time agreements; and ensure the fair distribution of overtime and annual leave amongst teams.

ChromaRMS contributes to an efficient operation by providing a central enterprise application that utilise a powerful optimisation methodology to give the best fit plan for allocating the required resources against the available areas around the Airport. The system is constantly provided with the real-time updates from key operational systems such as ChromaACDB, AODB and Predict which are applied and reflected directly back against the allocation plans.
